Byron was very insightful and was able to pull out both the things I am good at, as well as the things I need to work on, with only assessment reports and 60 minutes of me talking - he is very good at his job

Byron was great at listening to my personal and career development and showed enthusiasm for wanting to work with me to unlock strategies and capabilities. He offered some advice and next steps and helped coach me to the next steps. I thought Byron was excellent. He was able to provide feedback that was relatable, and made good sense and easy to understand.

Dr. Byron made the experience very comfortable. I felt like I could really open up about myself, and he made me feel validated. He identified by strong points and helped me work on areas I want to improve on.

Byron is personable, funny and gets to the root of the "Why" or the cause of some leadership challenges. He provides great ways to try and assist in development of your Leadership challenges.

Byron connected my well-being and my personal life to my work life in ways that all three will function in ways that will benefit me holistically. I feel lighter. He was very Friendly and created a safe space to be open and free from Judgment. We connected right away and he was honest and forward.
