Executive coaching- Led by our lead consultancy Green Phoenix Solutions. Our coaching services provide a unique opportunity for two groups of people. The first those who are looking to engage in equity work in a meaningful way but unsure where or how to start; they feel stuck. The other marginalized people, who may feel battered by the systems in which they operate and are interested in creating a space for themselves to thrive!
Our coaching staff are ICF accredited and utilize a intersectional and strengths base model to co-create pathways to empower clients to reach their identified goals.

Law services- Led by our lead law firm Civil Liberty Law we have built a vast network of litigators to offer free and reduced cost services to those who are in need.

We focus on elevating the voices of the community we live and work in! We share the struggles, successes, and challenges with law and policy makers and subsequently translate pieces of proposed legislation in to plain langue. It is our hope to engage our community in the civic process that they may understand how proposed legislation might impact their daily lives.
